JOB TITLE:
Physiotherapist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal conditions through thorough patient evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in physiotherapy practices.
- Be able to conduct the above services on a mobile service model.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid HPCZ Full Registration and Practice license as a physiotherapist.
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Should poses decent computer usage skills.

Customer Delight Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the first contact person for clients in the reception.
- Coordinate patient flow through the visit journey.
- Handle a high volume of incoming patient calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other Carepeak Specialist Clinic departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about Carepeak’s products, services, and policies.
- Follow established call scripts and procedures to maintain consistency in customer interactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree in any Social Science.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center technology.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
