Step 2 - Complete Booking Form
The simple form will collect your booking preferences. Just click the next bottom below to follow the stepwise guide.
Specify your service choice and indicate you available times. Press Next to proceed to the next step.
This step show you the available time slots for the doctor you have chosen. Select one and proceed to the next step.
Enter your contact details and complete the verification pop up. You can also include a few notes to describe how you are filling so that the doctor has an idea beforehand.
Step 3 - Verify Your Identity
While you complete the form, you will be asked to identify yourself either using your email address or your phone number. Simply copy the verification code sent to you and paste it in the verification code field. You can then proceed to make payment.
Step 4 - Cart
When you have completed the form you would have selected your preferred service, doctor, date and time. You can then proceed to your cart, where you can choose to book multiple consultation appointments and check out at once. If you are just booking one appointment then proceed to without editing the cart. The coupon feature is also available.

Step 5 - Secure Page Redirect
After filling in your details, you can then proceed to the final stage and make the online payment. The website will redirect you to a secure purchase page where you can choose the actual means of payment you prefer.
Booking Completed
You will receive an email containing all the details of your booking including the virtual meeting access credentials ( for virtual consultations). You should read the details so that you know what time your meeting will be held.
